Welcome!


Here you will find meditation, yoga, and fitness classes taught by teachers from around the world. We pride ourselves on being a live-stream studio offering an in-studio experience from the comfort of your home or workplace. A convenient alternative to brick-and-mortar studios.

I am blessed to have had the opportunity to live and travel all over the world. I enjoyed learning about the many cultures that our world offers. I have worn many hats, from Senior Accountant to CFO. A fun fact is that I worked at the circus for a few years.

It wasn’t until I herniated my L5/S1 disc that I became aware of yoga. I soon became more intrigued with Yoga and the Ayurveda Life Style. So much so, I decided to ditch accounting and go for a Yoga certification and Ayurveda Health Coach certification.

Our Story

Om Reset was brought to life by founder Victoria’s realization that there exists a lack of Health and Wellness Programs in the workplace. Attending and instructing fitness classes over the years led Victoria to discover vibrant health through breath and flowing movement, leading her to a healthier way of experiencing life.

Intending to bring both yoga and wellness (this prominently includes meditation) into everyday life, her team has enabled 15 -minute Om Reset® sessions in workplaces and organizations globally.

In addition, Om Reset’s diverse team of yoga teachers provides an array of classes via live stream that you can access from anywhere in the world.

Om Reset® Meditation

This 15 – minute session packs in stretching, movement, and stillness. Experience the “sound of stillness.” A daily practice can help with anxiety, stress, depression, and more, leading to a healthier you.

Tabata Yoga

Tabata Yoga is a Yoga style that combines asana practice with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) known as Tabata. Tabata takes its name from Dr. Izumi Tabata, a Japanese researcher who found an effective HIIT formula. The instructor exercises for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds in a 4-minute cycle. Tabata can boost overall fitness in the shortest amount of time.

Tabata yoga combines this timed approach with yoga asana, taking the advantages of both practices and blending them into a quick and effective exercise program.

The practice helps to:

  • Improve physical strength and cardiovascular fitness.
  • Aid in healthy weight loss.
  • Reduce stress levels.
  • Improve concentration.

Due to its focus on anatomy and alignment, Tabata yoga is safer for joints than many other HIIT programs and may be more appropriate for those who have experienced injuries.

Yin Flow

A modern-day flow with lineage-inspired teachings. This class starts with slow-flowing movement to get the body warm and the mind focused. Yin poses, passive stretches held for minutes at a time, prepare the body for stillness by releasing deep-rooted tension. Meditation or Yoga Nidra, the stillness practices that connect us to the true essence of Yoga, finish this complete practice.

Kundalini Inspired

A modern-day flow with lineage-inspired teachings. This class starts with slow-flowing movement to get the body warm and the mind focused. Yin poses, passive stretches held for minutes at a time, prepare the body for stillness by releasing deep-rooted tension. Meditation or Yoga Nidra, the stillness practices that connect us to the true essence of Yoga, finish this complete practice.

Hatha Flow

A gentle class, focusing on flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage the participation of everyone. We sit, stand, and inverted postures and suggest challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for newer students. All levels- BEGINNERS WELCOME!

Slow Flow

This class will flow slowly through sun salutations and postures designed to build internal heat slowly and gently.

Restorative Yoga

A restful practice of yoga poses (asanas) held for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of Yoga—the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, poses almost feel effortless. Suitable for beginners and practitioners of all levels.

Healing Hatha

This gentle Hatha based yoga practice will focus on mindful movement of body and breath. It is intended for practitioners of all levels and ages who need some time for self love, care, and nourishment. Life can be stressful and challenging, in this healing class you will have time to reconnect, reset and relax so that you step into your day feeling more grounded and connected.
