FAQ

How do virtual classes work?

Find a pricing option that works for you. Once you purchase a pricing option, you can sign up for the class. You will receive an email confirmation that you booked the class. Approximately 45 minutes before class starts, you will receive an email with the link for the session.

Can I speak to the instructor?

You can speak to your instructor 10 minutes before the class begins and then after it ends. The instructor is also accessible via email, WhatsApp, or text.

What happens if I miss a class?

Classes are recorded and will be available in our Video Library.

What technology is required?

A computer, smartphone, tablet, or smart TV. Classes can be streamed to your TV via our App.

What equipment will I need?

We highly recommend using a yoga mat. For extra support or cushion, we suggest using a blanket or blocks. Blocks also provide support when the ground is a little too far away.
