Ways to lessen stress in 2020

Welcome to SARA’S Live-Stream Studio!

Sara is an Arizona native who began her yoga practice over 10 years ago.  After 7 years of a career in Secondary Education, she started a family and stayed home to raise her two children. She was grateful to take the time and dive deeper into her passion for yoga; ultimately, she made the wonderful decision to complete her 200-hour Yoga teacher certification with an emphasis in Vinyasa flow, along with background knowledge on Yoga Nidra, Restorative, Yin, and Prenatal. 

Her teaching is driven by the belief that anyone, anywhere can enjoy the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits of yoga. Sara hopes when you step onto the mat and focus on your present self and breath, you will leave the mat more balanced, mindful, and open to others and yourself. Ultimately, she aims to provide a practice where everyone who shares in the experience can take what they’ve gained and apply the wellness to their daily lives.
