Welcome to Jisel’s Live-Stream Studio!

I found yoga in 2013 during stressful times. The calmness and positivity I felt have then lead me to a whole discovery of wellness I now hope to share with others.  

I completed my teacher training, gained my certification in sound and energy healing that helps aid mediation. I offer yin, vinyasa, and intuitive yoga that brings positive energy to mind, body, and spirit. 

Intuitive Yoga is a healing yoga practice that helps you use your intuition to guide you by transitioning to other poses in a connective way. It gives you the opportunity to become friends with your body and mind – connecting the two. It brings you the ability to listen and acknowledge yourself fully. To bring authentic empowerment.
