I discovered Yoga at the tender age of 16 when I felt embarrassed that I couldn’t touch my toes!
A desire for flexibility in my body brought me to yoga. Still, the mental, emotional, and health benefits it provides me are why I’ve continued practicing for over 13 years.
Yoga has been a transformative force in my life, helping me to cultivate inner peace, strength, and balance. Over the years, I have explored various styles and techniques, deepening my understanding of the mind-body connection and refining my teaching skills through extensive training and practice.
I have completed several Yoga Alliance Certified training courses and continue learning and studying under great practitioners in Bali.
As an instructor, I am committed to creating a warm, supportive environment where students of all levels feel welcome and empowered to explore their practice.
I am passionate about helping others discover yoga and meditation’s physical and emotional benefits.
I have traveled to many different countries, and the yoga mat has always been my home place. I wish to share this feeling of yoga with others so that no matter where they are in the world, they can always feel a sense of home
