Reo Avila

Reo is a 200 Hr YTT instructor who has been practicing yoga for 10 years. She believes in committing to holistic health to live a balanced, healthy, contented life. This means choosing quality food, getting out in nature, consuming uplifting media, and being physically active.

Reo’s vinyasa sequences are designed to stretch muscles and create space in the body while flowing to the beat of mellow r&b and hip-hop. Students will focus on matching breath to movement, controlling the breath, and learning intuitive sequences that will enable them to experience flow as they seamlessly flow between postures that target tight, sore muscles.
