How do virtual classes work?
Classes can be accessed from a computer. Or by tablet or phone with our Om Reset® App. You will receive a link to join the class about an hour before the session begins.
What equipment will I need?
A yoga mat is nice to have but not necessary. Blocks, blankets, and bolster are nice but unnecessary for all classes. You can find the suggested equipment in the class description.
Are classes recorded and accessible later?
Yes! Classes are recorded. A link for the recorded class will be sent to you. You must sign-up for the class to receive the link. It is not necessary to join the class.
What technology is required?
Wi-fi or cellular service is necessary. You are not required to have any special software.
