Sure, yoga might seem like a good idea in the garden or out in the back yard but out there, you may be swarmed by mosquitos, or unless you practice before 10 am and after 5 pm, it just might be too hot. For those reasons, you must pick a space that’s comfortable and practical for you. An ideal area shouldn’t be conditional on weather and should help you must choose your yoga space.

So once you’ve picked your space. Clean and decorate your yoga room or yoga space.
