He is an expert in ( Therapeutic Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, Advanced Pranayama. Energy Healing, Pranic Therapy, De-Addiction Workshop, and Counselling Therapy). He has been successfully taking various types of Programs for Home Therapeutic Yoga, stress Relief, Prenatal & weight loss yoga for all age group of people. He has been teaching Yoga & Meditation for the past 1O years. He is a trained Yoga teacher under traditional Patanjali Yoga / Hatha Yoga under various Gurukuls, Ashrams & Masters & Gurus of Southern Part of India.

Hariharan is a dynamic, inspirational yoga teacher who brings energy, humor, and enthusiasm to every class he teaches. He is also a motivational speaker. He is an expert in Suksham Vyayam which he teaches in short sessions {Rapid Yoga) in his classes, these exercises eliminate energy blockages in the joints and outer extremities of the physical body and work on the Pranic and the mental level as well. He insists on doing the exercise in the right way with proper breathing to get the full benefit of the exercise.
